Though somewhat inevitable and increasingly common, feelings of loneliness can be an immense source of shame. One of the most difficult things about loneliness, and the shame that surrounds it, is how difficult it can be to talk about. It’s all too easy to worry that talking about your loneliness with the people physically close to you will make them feel like they’re not enough. It’s important to admit β€” even just to yourself β€” that you’re lonely. Acknowledging your loneliness is the first step to finding a resolution. That, and understanding that loneliness exists separately from sadness and depression. By acknowledging that loneliness is its own feeling to untangle is to understand that it will need to be explored and coped with in a different way to that which you might work through feelings of depression or anxiety.

    It’s a feeling I transcended already when I found out there is no chance you can be alone, and that the feeling it is just a state, a moment in time with a deeper message, and y connecting with myself, I will see it. You are not your feelings, they come and go, you are just experiencing them to keep moving, to keep transcending yourself… πŸ™β€πŸŒΊπŸ¦‹
