DIGS (student housing REIT) accepted a takeover bid. What happens to my stocks

GCP Student Living does expensive student accomodation mostly around London. It just announced its accepting a takeover bid at about 30% premium to the share price when the offer was announced, at 213p per share.

That’s cool and I’m up about 40% on my original investment, but what happens to the stock now? I have no experience with takeovers.

I like the high end student accomodation sector and want to stay in it. So I’m not sure if I must sell, or if I can keep the stock. And if I can keep it, whether i should still sell anyway given the high valuation probably means several years of growth are priced in. Anyone have experience or advice?
