Cellular Goods plc – “First pure-play consumer company in the cannabis space” IPO this week : UKInvesting

Cellular Goods plc is the first pure-play consumer company in the cannabis space to be listing on London Stock Exchange. The Company produces biosynthetic cannabinoids from cellular agriculture. The first cannabinoid will be CBD (Cannabidiol) with applications in skincare and movement.

The IPO closes on Friday 19th February and is available via PrimaryBid. You can find the investor presentation and IPO documents once logged in.

It’s backed by David Beckham so there’s been some news interest:

Here’s their “Intention to Float” RNS – https://www.investegate.co.uk/cellular-goods-plc/rns/intention-to-float-on-the-lse/202102040700049347N/

I’m going to order some of this IPO as I’m intrigued to see how it will trade in short term once it gets more publicity. Presumably Beckham is going to be representing and marketing the sports recovery products. Interested to know what others think?
