A Brummie rapper predicted England would reach the Euro final with his anthem This is Football.
T8PES, aka Jimmy Davis, will have a sense of de-ja-vu on Sunday morning as the video for his song sees him dressed as Gareth Southgate preparing for the European Championships final.
The rapper, who has performed with Ed Sheeran, filmed the video back in April and now three months on it is really happening.

He said: “The video is a cheeky homage to Southgate and his managerial brilliance.
“We made the video before a ball had even been kicked because we knew Gareth was the man to lead us to glory.”
Jimmy’s personal story is one of triumph over adversity overcoming drug addiction, petty crime and homelessness to become a music star and a mentor to a generation of youngsters in his native Birmingham as a youth worker.
He grew up near Tysley Working Man’s Club and reckons the place will be rocking on Sunday.
However, as a new father he might have to watch the match at home between nappy changes.
Jimmy was in the minority a few weeks ago when millions of armchair managers were lambasting the manager for his team selections, the bore draw against Scotland and not picking Jack Grealish.
He said: “We believed in him and the team and you only have to listen to the lyrics of the song to get that. I’ll be wearing my Southgate outfit on Sunday and getting right back into the role of international armchair manager.”
With the England team not releasing an official song This Is Football has become a firm favourite with fans.
The rapper is friends with Ed Sheeran and the two musicians performed together as Jimmy supported Ed at his sold out Shepherds Bush Empire and Brixton Academy shows back in 2012.
Described as a ‘people’s anthem’ by its creator the track is a rousing call to arms for fans to get behind Gareth Southgate and now his team is on the precipice of sporting immortality.
T8PES added: “The last 14 months have been a rollercoaster for musicians, footballers and more importantly, for the fans. After the year we have all had, the Euros could be a joyous explosion and This Is Football will be part of it.”
The track also features guest vocals from emerging local talent Wolverhampton indie singer Jack Cattell and Hertfordshire pop artist Zoe Philips, as well as the brass section from UB40’s favourite tour support band Kioko.
His career highlights over the last two decades include performing three times at Glastonbury festival sets, at Secret Garden Party, Barn on the Farm and iTunes festivals.
